Payments are processed securely via Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. Danaya does not store credit card numbers.
Pursuant to article L221-28, 13° of the French Consumer Code, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of digital content not delivered on a tangible medium when performance has begun after the consumer's prior express consent and express waiver of the right of withdrawal. By subscribing to a Danaya plan and activating immediate access to the service, you expressly acknowledge (i) that performance of the contract begins as soon as you subscribe and (ii) that you expressly and definitively waive your 14-day right of withdrawal. This waiver is logged with timestamp, IP address and user agent at the time of subscription. No refund: given the waiver and immediate activation of the service, payments are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account; your access remains until the end of the current billing period at no extra cost.
As a consumer residing in the European Union, you benefit from the following legal guarantees, independent of any commercial warranty:
Pursuant to article L612-1 of the French Consumer Code, in the event of a dispute with LAS GROUP that has not been resolved after a prior written complaint to our customer service (support@danaya.tech), you may use a consumer mediator free of charge. The official designation of LAS GROUP's consumer mediator will be communicated shortly and published on this page. The official list of accredited mediators in France is available at: https://www.economie.gouv.fr/mediation-conso You may also use the European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform at: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/ Referral to a mediator is free and does not preclude legal action.
These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, after attempting an amicable resolution (written complaint + consumer mediation), the French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction for consumers residing in France and the European Union, in accordance with Regulation (EU) No 1215/2012. For business customers and consumers residing outside the European Union, exclusive jurisdiction is granted to the Tribunal de commerce de Bobigny, Seine-Saint-Denis, France.
Danaya is provided "as is". We do not guarantee:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account in case of violation of these terms. You can delete your account at any time from the settings.
We may modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be notified to you by email. Continued use of the service after notification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
